Leadership Development
Wilfandel hosts speaker forums, professional development programs, and leadership initiatives that support career advancement, mentorship, and civic engagement.

Education and Scholarships
Through the Fannie Williams Scholarship and other educational initiatives, Wilfandel supports students pursuing higher education and leadership opportunities.

Cultural Preservation
As stewards of the historic Wilfandel Clubhouse, the organization works to preserve and share the rich history of Black women’s leadership and cultural contributions in Los Angeles.

Community Engagement
Wilfandel partners with community organizations, cultural institutions, and civic leaders to host events, programs, and initiatives that strengthen the local community.
